As adults, we appreciated the friendly and available staff, the secure lock boxes and storage lockers, and the respectful and clean environment. No curfew was also a plus.

I really got my money's worth staying at Matchbox. The room was cozy and the pod had enough space for me to comfortably relax. The location was fantastic, with lots of shops, restaurants, and street food stalls within walking distance. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

Breakfast delights could use some improvement.

I was absolutely blown away by the private space offered at this hostel. The double bed with a TV and safe was mind-blowing, and the lockers under the bed were super spacious. The convenience of a washing machine and dryer that were also cheap was jaw-dropping. The location, within walking distance of shopping centers and close to the BTS station, was fantastic. Having a 24-hour reception was a huge plus for our early check out. Even though our beds weren't ready when we arrived, we were able to use the showers and leave our bags, which was a lifesaver after a sleeper train. This hostel truly exceeded all my expectations, with clean and comfortable facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and even a 7/11 right next door. The small personalized space in the dorm rooms should be mandatory for all hotels! It was the perfect setup, and the well-equipped facilities made it even better. I couldn't believe the value for money, with everything being clean and the included locker and safety deposit box. The bathrooms were also spotless, with shampoo and soap provided. my stay at this hostel was absolutely superb!

During my Christmas trip, I appreciated the convenience of having a 7-11 store nearby, which was very handy for snacks and drinks. The social area was a great place to chill and grab a beer with fellow guests. the spacious bed was a nice touch and made for a comfortable stay.

My experience was dampened by some negatives such as the rude staff who were not accommodating when I asked for a slight extension. The toilets were not entirely clean and lacked toilet paper.
